Lori is an American invertor, entrepreneur, television personality, and author and is known as the Queen of TVC. She graduated from Loyola University in Chicago majoring in Communication. While her time there she also worked for Chicago Tribune. She married Daniel Grenier.
She is best recognized by her appearance in the reality TV show Shark Tank. Later she also came in its spin-off show, Beyond the Tank. She founded For Your Ease Only a Chicago-based company in 1998 and is also its president.
She reportedly becomes rich after started the small jewelry business. She created a box for organizing earrings and later got it patented. Her prototype that cost her $100,000 to create. For this, she borrowed money and marketed it on QVC because her product could indeed become a huge success. With the money, she borrowed she first launched 450 samples. It was selected by J.C penny which then turned out to be successful for her. She has patented close 120 different products.
In 2012 she came in the TV show Shark Tank and was nicked named warm blooded shark. In 2014, she later invested the company Scrub Daddy that produced revolutionary sponges was a great success for her. In 2016 Scrub Daddy had sales over $75 million. She also invested in the following products, Fiber Fix, Squatty Potty, Readerest, Screen mend, Paint Brush Cover, Drop Stop, and Hold Your Haunches. In 20011 she was the guest speaker for United States Patent and Trademark Office Women’s Entrepreneurship Symposium. Her own book, invent it, Sell it, Bank it! – Make Your Million-Dollar Idea into a Reality, stands #3 Wall Street’s Best Seller.
